Campus Onboarding
The selected candidates will be issued an admission letter and will be asked to report to the Manipal Academy of BFSI campus in Bengaluru to complete their admission formalities. On completion of the admission formalities, the selected candidates shall be enrolled in the program and the forty-five days campus training will begin.
Join Axis Bank
After completing the forty-five days campus training at Manipal Academy of BFSI, the candidate will start forty-five days internship at Axis Bank. At this time, the candidate will start receiving salary.
Axis Bank Retail Lending
The Retail Lending department encompasses a wide array of products which are delivered through multiple channels to the Bank’s customers. Retail asset products include home Loans, auto Loans, personal Loans and education loans as well as secured loans of various types. They also offer loans to MSME customers such as working capital loans and Business loans.
Eligibility Criteria
You are eligible if:
- Your age is less than 30 Years
- Graduation Degree (10+2+3 pattern or 10+2+4 pattern) is compulsory
- Graduates with aggregate of 60% and above in all semesters of Graduation.
- Candidates in the final year who have appeared for their final Semester Exam can also apply*
You are not eligible if:
- You have a relative working at Axis Bank in accordance to the relative hiring policy of the Bank.
- You have been subjected to any disciplinary proceedings by your previous employer(s) at any time
- You have been convicted under any criminal statutes or consumer forums
- Any legal action is pending or proposed to be initiated against you
