JOB ASSURED PROGRAM
Axis Bank will issue a provisional offer letter to the candidate to join the company basis completion of PAID training by the candidate at Manipal. Candidate joins the batch after paying the program fees.
ELIGIBILITY
- Tech Graduates BE/BTECH, BSC – IT, BCA, MCA, MTECH/ME.
(Graduates from IT and CS will be preferred). - Freshers and working professionals up to 2 years of experience.
- Candidates should have minimum of 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
- Considering Graduates passed out between 2021 and 2023
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Application
Register yourself by completing your online application form on this site. Please note, your application will be considered for further processing only when it is completed, including the payment of application fee of 500. This application fee is for the purpose of the assessments and does not guarantee selection for the program or employment with Axis Bank.
Assessment
Level 1 Written tests include the Coding Test, Written English Test, Listening Comprehension Test, Analytical Ability, Numerical Ability, and Verbal Ability.
Level 2 Online video interview conducted by the Axis Bank team.
Online Training
Axis Bank will provide a provisional offer letter to the chosen candidates, indicating that they can begin working for the bank following completion of the Manipal online training. At this point, the candidate must enroll in the online course and pay a $20,000 advance fee.
Join at Axis Bank
Following a three-month online course from Manipal Academy of BFSI, the candidate will begin working as a Deputy Manager in the IT department of Axis Bank and receive compensation.
