The Aspiring Bankers Program seeks to find gifted people and then teach and train them intensively on the job to help them become effective bankers.
- The course lasts for three months.
- Campus Training for One Month
- Internship for two months
Registrant Procedure
Application:
Fill out the online application form on this website to register. Please be aware that only once your application is finished and the ₹100 application fee has been paid will it be reviewed for further processing. The application cost is only for the assessments; it has no bearing on whether you are hired by Jana Small Finance Bank or are chosen for the program.
Assessment
Level 1
Written assessments include listening comprehension, written English, analytical writing, numerical aptitude, and verbal ability.
Level 2
Online Panel Interview with Manipal and Jana Bank stakeholders.
Onboarding on Campus
The candidates who are chosen for admission will receive an admission letter, need to pay an advance fee of Rs 19,999, and must go to the Manipal Academy of BFSI campus in Bengaluru to finalise the admissions process. (The total program costs will be adjusted to reflect the advance charge.) The 30-day campus training will start as soon as the chosen applicants have finished the admissions process and are enrolled in the program.
YOU ARE ELIGIBLE IF YOU GET
- A 50% GRADUATION IN YOUR 10TH, 12TH, AND GRADUATION DEGREE (10+2+3 PATTERN OR 10+2+4 PATTERN)
- You’re younger than thirty years old.
