Yes Professional Banker Programme
The ‘YES Professional Banker’ Program helps young and inquisitive graduates become new age bankers by providing the edge needed for a competitive and rewarding career in the Banking industry.
This ‘YES Professional Banker’ Program is created by YES BANK in partnership with Manipal Academy of BFSI (MABFSI). On successful completion of the program, the candidate will be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE).

This ‘YES Professional Banker’ Program is created by YES BANK in partnership with Manipal Academy of BFSI (MABFSI).(MAHE – 7th best University -NIRF Ranking 2021 ) On successful completion of the program, the candidate will be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE).
The Candidates have the option to choose a career in Corporate, Retail Business or Operations roles at the application stage. Post the successful completion of the program, the candidate will join YES BANK in the relevant domain that has been selected.
PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The Candidates have the option to choose a career in Corporate, Retail Business or Operations at the application stage. Post the successful completion of the program, the candidate will join YES BANK in a relevant Corporate, Retail Business or Operations role that has been selected at the application stage.
As a part of this One-year program, the selected candidates will undergo:
- 6 months of classroom learning (On-campus of Manipal Institute Bengaluru)
- 3 months of internship with YES BANK
- 3 months of on-the-job training with YES BANK (where candidates will undertake a full-time role)
The Banking program is built around essential functional and banking related subjects with a firm focus on experiential and application-based learning as well as overall personality development to become a thorough Banking professional.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Term 01 (6 Month)
06 months of classroom training at MAHE
Monthly Stipend of 5,000/-
Term 02 (3 Month)
03 Month Internship with Yes Bank
Monthly Stipend of 20,000/-pm
Term 03 (3 Month)
03 month On – Job – Tranning with Yes Bank

POST STRUCTURE
OPRATIONAL Banking
- All candidates must be citizens of India
- Should hold a full-time graduation degree (with at least 55 per cent marks)
- Should be up to 28 years on the date of application
RETAIL Baking
- All candidates must be citizens of India
- Should hold a full-time graduation degree (with at least 55 per cent marks)
- Should be up to 28 years on the date of application
CORPORATE Banking
- All candidates must be citizens of India
- Should hold a Chartered Accountant/ MBA or equivalent (with at least 55 per cent marks).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant work experience can apply
- Should be up to 28 years on the date of application.
